Moldova Turnover in Romania and two new delegates in Albania and Moldova
Project : Regional Office 19 Nov 2009
Budapest, Hungary: the whole team of Terre des hommes in Central and Eastern Europe met last week to discuss about the future of the operations in the region. The field teams could also exchange information with the team from the Swiss HQ on the recent orientations which will be decisive for the coming years.
The main feature of the meeting was the turnover of the delegates. Sendrine Constant will replace Barbara Aerne in Albania, and Roman Poznanski took over the representation of Tdh in Moldova. After five years in this country, the ex-delegate, Alfonso Gonzales, will continue his mission in the region by leading the operations in Romania.
The head of the geographic zone, Ariane Zwahlen, addressed special thanks to Lucia Stirbu in Romania and to Barbara Aerne in Albania for their availability and dedication in being in charge – ad interim – of the positions of delegates in both countries. The other presentations were on the thematic programme department, the advancements of the admin and finance new systems, and the updates on the regional projects. [VT]
