Greece, Hungary The European Court of Human Rights suspends the return of a seriously ill Afghan boy from Hungary to Greece

‘ECRE’ reports that the European Court of Human Rights requested the Hungarian government to suspend the return of an unaccompanied Afghan minor to Greece.The boy applied for asylum in Greece but received no social services or protection and was harassed by police and detained. He arrived in Hungary in late 2009 and applied for asylum but the authorities decided to apply the Dublin Regulation.
