Sweden Swedish 'sex purchase law' very effective

‘The Swedish Wire’ reports that a report was published on the impact of the 11-year-old law in Sweden, fining the purchasers of sexual services. According to the report the law had its intended effect in preventing and combating human trafficking for sexual purposes. Critics however claim that the ban is driving prostitution into more dangerous areas with greater risks to sex workers.
