European Union, Romania Romanian orphans again on the agenda in Brussels

“Hot News” republished a Romanian article reporting that Italy had petitioned the European Parliament for unblocking the international adoptions ban of Romania (in force since 2005). Other members support Romania in their decision to keep the ban, due to fears of renewed child trafficking.
