Europe Report spotlights "invisible" foreign minors

‘Swissinfo’ published an article of the recent report of Tdh on the disappearance of foreign unaccompanied minors in Belgium, France, Spain and Switzerland. It covers the main issues of the report and then reflects on the situation in Switzerland. “*U**naccompanied minors have a right to the same attention and benefits as all the other children in care.* If a child, whatever his status, and for whatever reason, disappears from an institution, every usual procedure must be set in motion: the responsibility of the institution and that of the state is involved,” Jean Zermatten, VP of UNCRC is quoted saying.
