Moldova Parents going abroad will have to prove they left children under guardianship

‘All Moldova’ quotes the Moldovan agency ‘Info-Prim Neo’ which reports that the parents who go abroad will be asked to show a certificate proving that they left the children in the care of a guardian when crossing the border. This will happen if the governmental commission for the protection of children who remained without parental care accepts to introduce this point in the National Plan of Action for Child Protection. The proposal was submitted by Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Valentina Buliga.
