21 Aug 2008

267__romania__move_project_first_training_and_joyful_moments_0_small The first two-week training session of Move project in Romania (a group of 15 teachers, educators and psychologists) is now just over. The first week took place in the beautiful countryside of Tismana, nearby its famous Orthodox monastery (South West of Romania). Participants went through a deep learning process thanks to the evolving group dynamic, with various exercises on discrimination, conflict resolution, volleyball lessons with balloons full of water (see the video below), as well as evenings of games and collective painting.

The second week training took place in Craiova (county of Dolj) at the Sport Institute. After getting back into the group dynamic, the key moment was the preparation and facilitation by the participants in pairs of an hour of physical activities with groups of children on holidays. Followed by detailed feedbacks on what was to keep and what was to improve, these moments were high in emotions and full of learnings!
