The 72nd edition of the International Juvenile Justice Observatory Newsletter reports on the 5th European Forum on the Rights of the Child, the award ceremony for “juvenile justice without borders” and the conference “Lying the foundations for a fairer Europe: Ensuring an adequate minimum income for all”.
