France France discriminates against Roma and Travellers

‘ERRC’ reports that the European Committee of Social Rights found France in breach of the European Social Charter in respect of the housing and social inclusion situation of its Traveler and Romani populations. ERRC made the complaint of inadequacies and discrimination in housing rights, access to voting rights and social inclusion measures.
