France First seminar with all project partners

Marseilles, France – 'Jeunes Errants' welcomed all project partners for the first seminar of the project. The specialized social services for foreign unaccompanied minors (FUM) in major cities were presented by a panel of specialists (city of Turin, Ms Laura Marzin, city of Barcelona, Mr Jordi Pons-Fernandez and city of Innsbruck, Mor Dieye).

'Jeunes Errants' described the situation of FUM in Marseilles region and the transnational activities with Northern Africa (several interventions from Ariane Genthon, Athman Amrani, Dominique Lodwick and Malik Koudil). The NGO Terre des hommes presented its model of action in Eastern Europe and in Switzerland (Martine Lachat, Vincent Tournecuillert). Clarifications on methodology for the next steps of the study were made by Brenda Oude Breuil, from the university of Utrecht.
