On March 15th, Ovidiu Rom launched the third “season” of their multi-year public awareness campaign in partnership with Policy Center for Roma and Minorities. With the slogan Every child in preschool & kindergarten is everyone’s responsibility, the campaign stresses children’s need for challenging mental activities from age 3 and the importance of early education for success in later life.
